RPF’s management team has extensive experience in international real estate, emerging markets, and complex financial transactions. The Partners have been working in Romania and Eastern Europe since 1992, and are able to leverage their strong understanding of the local market with their international expertise to properly asses the risk/reward tradeoffs and deliver the most value to investors and communities.

In addition to the Managing Partners, the team has nine employees including site engineers, site supervisors, sales manager and assistant, and office manager. RPF’s central officers are located in Bucharest and New York City
